Best decision I’ve made so far. Got me into shape and brought my endurance up to where I wanted it. I recommend Jodi’s class for everyone.
Just a little follow up to my review. Jodi’s kettle bell kickboxing class has taken me to a level that I did not know I had in me. Not only has she taught me great balance and endurance but it has helped my muscles and joints in so many ways and I recover so much faster from physical activity now. This class is perfect for everybody from beginners to professional athletes.
