✨You hear it often, “it’s not going to be easy but it’s going to be great!” I can’t think of many things in my journey that were easy that sit in my mind as great! Three of the greatest gifts I received were my children and 9 months and giving birth don’t sit in the column of easy! We find great pride in self accomplishment, it makes us feel good within. When my youngest biked her furthest distance this summer, she found it hard but what she also found was a sense of accomplishment and pride. When you work on yourself the only person that can make those changes are You! Once you make those changes, complete those goals you are not only getting healthier you are creating a sense of accomplishment. You can not buy this and no one can give this to you.
