✨Each weight we use is defined by the the exercise we do... for example today I used lighter but used a Bottoms Up Hold to make it more challenging and to train differently! Today open you mind to get started and be mindful of how you train!

Training locomotion, push, pull, rotation and adding in cross crawl patterning with and without weights! Make sure to progress yourself to this today. Today’s goal may simply be holding that leopard position! Ways to progress :
▪️Leopard hold into lifting right hand & left foot - then left hand right foot
Progress yourself to the double kettlebells over time & adding in one or two exercises!
✨Remember progression takes time & it is worth the time building your Strong Foundation!

What is life without a smile or a really deep belly laugh. Being an adult does nothing mean you should stop having fun! Fun just may look different person to person! This video shot by my mom -who truly taught me to embrace fun with laughter and smiles always- she was the go play in the rain mom! We have these incredible bodies and if you forget to embrace these little moments of silly you are missing the Big Moments! Winters are long here so my trainers across Canada started doing snow angels in the snow - simply because 🙃! My wish for you today is to love your body, be thankful for it and I hope you get to smile and laugh even if it’s just a passing moment! 💖J

Are you looking for a program that allows versatility?? Today Bottoms Up verse Traditional Hold. One is not better than the other as no exercise is created equally. Depending on your goals will determine your exercise. How I hold the kettlebell determines my weight. I can train this traditionally with 25/30lbs vs 10lb Bottoms Up. Key Factor - if you are training Bottoms Up -good form throughout the wrists (keeping them stable and strong) also can held in underhand grip. Proper From - Always!
