Hi! I’m Tana Humphrey and I am really excited to be a part of Kettlebell Kickboxing Canada! Fitness and exercise have always been a passion of mine….in particular running. However, a few injuries and surgeries over the last few years have made me understand the importance of adding in strength and resistance training to my regiment. I found kettlebell kickboxing and fell in love! Not only is it cardio but it’s strength training as well! The perfect workout that fits in with any busy schedule!! As a Chartered Professional Accountant, I know the struggle of juggling work/life balance.
