Amanda has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007. She loves to teach her clients about the body, how it functions and advise them on the importance of maintaining strength and mobility to prevent dysfunction, pain and injuries. Her goal is to inspire people to be healthy and strong in order to increase their abilities and confidence. In her spare time, you will find Amanda enjoying the outdoors hiking, cycling, canoeing, skiing, snowshoeing and playing ice sports. She has also completed a half and a full marathon. Despite staying active, she has faced some health challenges and found she was continually recovering from minor injuries due to weakness and imbalances. This is when Amanda discovered Kettlebell Kickboxing Canada and started to attend Jodi’s classes in Regina. Since starting to use the kettlebell kickboxing training system , she has created a positive change in her body and has recorded an increase her strength and mobility. After only a few months, she realized how aligned the program was to her own Massage Therapy education and its benefits so she decided to become an instructor. She is excited to share this fantastic program with others and looks forward to helping others achieve a balanced, healthy body.
